By using PLaiGROUND you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the service. We may update these terms occasionally and will note the date above when we do.

• you must be at least 13 years old.
• provide accurate info, and keep your login secret.
• you’re responsible for activity on your account.
• one human, one account.

• coins are an in-app credit, not real money or currency.
• coin packages and subscriptions are purchased through our payment partner; refunds follow their rules and applicable law.
• coins may expire if your account is inactive for an extended period.
• we may correct credit errors or reverse fraud-related transactions.

• don’t hack, scrape, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service.
• don’t harass others, share illegal content, or violate IP rights.
• don’t use the service to break a builder’s individual terms.

Experiences are operated by independent builders. We curate them but don’t guarantee their accuracy, output quality, or fitness for any purpose. AI outputs may be wrong or weird; treat them as starting points, not professional advice.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it so we can run the service for you.

You can close your account anytime from the Cubby. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Provisions about coins, IP, and limits of liability survive any termination.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the prior 6 months.
